Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete personal data we hold, including tool submissions and account connections. Use the data deletion page or email contact@kiloagent.com.

1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account and contact data: such as name, email address, company name, and billing details when you register, subscribe, or communicate with us.
• Service and technical data: such as usage logs, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the Services.
• Website analytics data: when you visit kiloagent.com, we use analytics providers to understand traffic and usage:
  • Chickadee (chickadee.me) collects aggregated page-view data such as pages visited, referral source, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location derived from IP. Chickadee does not use cookies or local storage on your device.
  • PostHog collects information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser and device characteristics, approximate location derived from IP, and on-site interactions (for example, waitlist form submissions). PostHog may store identifiers in cookies or local storage to distinguish visits and sessions.
• Content you provide: such as messages or files you submit when using conversational or automation features, as needed to deliver the Services. Task text and results are kept so your signed result link keeps working for Loop Audit and Portal Check. Ask us to delete them on the data-deletion page or by emailing contact@kiloagent.com. For follow-up email templates, we keep your email address so we can send the pack and reply if you write back. Typed field values are kept with the pack. Delete on request.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; we receive limited billing and subscription status information from the processor.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• process transactions, subscriptions, and invoices;
• communicate with you about the Services, security, and policy updates;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

Chickadee analytics. Our website uses Chickadee for privacy-friendly, aggregated traffic measurement. Chickadee does not place cookies or use local storage on your device.

PostHog analytics. Our website uses PostHog to understand traffic and usage in more detail. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage to assign a visitor or session identifier, remember returning visits, and record events such as page views and form interactions. Data collected through PostHog is used for analytics and product improvement, not for third-party advertising.
