Data deletion

How to ask KiloAgent to delete the data we hold from your Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google connection.

1. Email contact@kiloagent.com from the email address connected to your account, with the subject 'Delete my data'.
2. Or remove KiloAgent yourself under Facebook Settings > Business Integrations (Remove KiloAgent).
3. What we do: we delete the stored OAuth tokens and ad account data we hold for you within 30 days and confirm by email.
