The loop
Community moderation isn’t “block bad words.” Most hard calls are context: banter vs harm, regulars vs strangers, slang vs spam.
The production loop:
- Ingest community content from connected channels
- Auto-handle clear spam / scam patterns
- Soft-queue nuanced items for human review with context
- Learn from overrides so the queue shrinks over time
Human still owns: the nuanced yes/no, community norms, and anything that bans or publicly silences a member when confidence is low.
