The human gate: when money or customers are on the line
A draft tool that never stops to ask you is fine for brainstorming. It's not fine when money or customers are on the line. Production means a human gate in the channels you already use.
Most "AI for ops" demos skip the only question that matters:
What happens when the agent is about to do something irreversible?
If the answer is "it just… sends," you bought a draft toy with steps — not a production agent.
Here's the fence I use:
No gate — it drafts, syncs, or fires. You find out after the customer sees it.
Human gate — the loop runs the grunt work. When money, tone, or exceptions matter, it stops in your email or WhatsApp and waits for a yes.
That gate is the product surface. Not a dashboard you babysit. The channel you already live in.
Traplinked runs that pattern: workflow handles invoices, payments, customer email. The agent is the gate in the inbox. Moritz's line still says it — send an email, and the loop runs end to end.
We sell the hire, not the toy: one painful loop, built and monitored for you. You keep the yes. We keep the agent alive.
If your current "agent" can't stop and ask — it isn't production yet. Don't put customers behind it.
Curious whether your loop needs a gate or still needs a human for every step? Book a free 30-min loop review — we'll be honest either way.
